Cody Hoffman with the celebration after his touchdown with 11 seconds left gives BYU the Bell Helicopter Armed Forces Bowl (WTF?!?!) win over Tulsa. Hoffman’s second touchdown of the day was enough to earn him MVP of the BHAFB Bowl, but unfortunately due to rules in place by the university he can not celebrate it in any way whatsoever. any way.
